Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the lost 1.42%.
The best performers of the session on the were Chr Hansen Holding A/S (CSE:), which fell 0.35% or 1.70 points to trade at 479.10 at the close. Meanwhile, Novozymes A/S B (CSE:) fell 0.40% or 1.30 points to end at 319.70 and Coloplast A/S (CSE:) was down 1.16% or 9.80 points to 832.60 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were GN Store Nord (CSE:), which fell 4.35% or 7.10 points to trade at 156.30 at the close. Demant A/S (CSE:) declined 3.38% or 9.40 points to end at 268.50 and ISS A/S (CSE:) was down 2.83% or 4.00 points to 137.50.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 101 to 52 and 18 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for August delivery was down 1.37% or 0.98 to $70.81 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in September fell 1.40% or 1.07 to hit $75.58 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.60% or 11.60 to trade at $1,915.50 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.12% to 6.85, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.00% to 7.45.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.04% at 103.00.
