Celtic PLC said late Thursday that it expects revenue for fiscal 2023 to be significantly ahead of expectations given the opening of the summer player transfer window.
The Glasgow-based soccer club said revenue for the year ended June 30 will be significantly higher than previous expectations as player registration valuations and trading can and often do have a material influence on the financial performance.
Celtic said will be in a position to confirm the extent of the improved earnings once the window is closed.
