Induction Healthcare Group on Friday named Paul Tambeau as its chief executive officer and John McIntosh as its chief finance officer with immediate effect.
The healthcare-technology company said that Tambeau held the role of interim chief operating officer while McIntosh was interim CFO.
Tambeau is replacing James Balmain, who stepped down in January. Christopher Samler had been acting as executive chairman while a new CEO was appointed and will now resume his position as nonexecutive chairman, it said.
The London-listed group reiterated that it is on track to meet its self-sustaining growth and cash break-even goals in 2024, having completed its right-sizing plans for the company.
“The business is in far better shape than in the last quarter of last year and the board is confident that we remain on track to meet our commitments for the year,” Samler said.
It has also completed the sale of directory app Switch for an undisclosed sum, it said.
