AeroVironment on Tuesday said fourth-quarter revenue rose a better-than-expected 40% and issued guidance for its current fiscal year ahead of Wall Street expectations. Shares of the drone maker rose 5.5%, to $95.20, in after-hours trading.
AST SpaceMobile said it planned to sell 12 million shares of its Class A common stock in a public offering. Shares of the company, which is trying to build a space-based cellular broadband network, fell 19%, to $5.16, in after-hours trading.
Astrotech received an unsolicited, non-binding proposal from BML Investment Partners to buy the company for $17.25 a share. Shares of the mass spectrometry company rose 7.7%, to $14, in after-hours trading.
