Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. said Friday in a regulatory filing it had entered a credit agreement to receive a $1.2 billion revolving credit facility.
The Rolling Meadows, Ill.-based insurance company said Bank of America was one of the lenders for the agreement, which provides for credit over five years. Gallagher also has the option to expand the agreement to up to $1.7 billion, if agreed upon by one or more of the lenders.
