UBS said it hired three advisors who previously worked in First Republic’s wealth management unit. JPMorgan Chase acquired First Republic earlier this year after the troubled lender was engulfed in the regional banking crisis.
The three UBS hires join a slew of former colleagues who have defected over the past three months from First Republic to other wealth management firms.
