Braemar said Tuesday that it has named Grant Foley as chief financial officer, effective from the first day of August, replacing current CFO Nick Stone.

The London-listed maritime-services group said Foley has more than 25 years of experience in public and private financial services and technology businesses, and joins from U.K. credit marketplace ClearScore. Other previous roles include CFO and chief operating officer at CMC Markets.

Stone will leave to the company on July 31, having joined the company in 2019.
