C4X Discovery said Tuesday that nonexecutive chair Eva-Lotta Allan will step down with immediate effect to focus on other board roles, and named Chief Executive Officer Clive Dix as interim executive chair.
The drug-discovery company said Allan is stepping down after five years in the role.
C4X is currently in the process of searching for a new CEO, after which Dix is expected to assume a nonexecutive board role.
