Beam Global said Friday it has executed a binding letter of intent to buy the manufacturer of energy infrastructures and equipment Amiga DOO Kraljevo.
The designer, manufacturer and seller of renewably energized infrastructure expects to close the acquisition in the third or fourth quarter.
Additionally, the company said it is offering shares of common stock, but that the offering is not conditioned on completing the potential acquisition of Amiga.
