Metro AG said Thursday that Chief Financial Officer Christian Baier will leave Sept. 30 to pursue other professional opportunities.
The Germany-based food wholesaler said Baier and the company reached a mutual agreement on the departure.
Baier has been with the company since 2011, holding various management positions along the way, Metro said.
