LyondellBasell Raises Quarterly Dividend by 5% to $1.25 >LYB

LyondellBasell Industries on Friday said its board raised the quarterly dividend by 5%, to $1.25 from $1.19.

The new payout, equal to $5.00 a year, represents an annual yield of about 5.55% based on Thursday’s closing price of $90.04.

The plastics, chemicals and refining company said the increased dividend is payable June 6 to shareholders of record May 31.
