Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the added 1.67% to hit a new all time high.
The best performers of the session on the were Coloplast A/S (CSE:), which rose 9.70% or 78.80 points to trade at 891.00 at the close. Meanwhile, GN Store Nord (CSE:) added 2.89% or 5.05 points to end at 179.60 and Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:) was up 2.22% or 18.10 points to 831.90 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:), which fell 2.11% or 4.14 points to trade at 191.80 at the close. DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:) declined 1.00% or 12.00 points to end at 1,187.00 and Jyske Bank A/S (CSE:) was down 0.88% or 4.60 points to 516.40.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 87 to 58 and 15 ended unchanged.
Shares in Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:) rose to all time highs; up 2.22% or 18.10 to 831.90.
Crude oil for March delivery was up 0.16% or 0.12 to $76.34 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April rose 0.02% or 0.02 to hit $81.65 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.56% or 11.45 to trade at $2,036.45 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was unchanged 0.03% to 6.91, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.01% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.07% at 103.97.
