Emigrant has added a veteran dealmaker to its leadership ranks, naming Liz Nesvold as vice chair of Emigrant Bank and chair of Emigrant Partners, the unit of the bank that makes minority investments in registered investment advisory firms.
Nesvold has been working with Emigrant on deals since 2017, when she represented the bank in its sale of HPM Partners, which is now Cerity Partners, to Lightyear Capital.
