Applied Digital said Friday it had experienced a power outage at one of its facilities last month, which is ongoing as the company makes upgrades. Applied Digital said it determined revenue from the facility will be materially impacted in the current quarter. Shares fall 7.1% to $4.90 after-hours.
Amtech Systems’s revenue increased 16% in the fiscal first quarter from the prior year, beating its own guidance, and its loss narrowed. The company said that cost-saving actions taken in the first and second quarters would enhance profitability going forward. Shares rise 5.8% to $3.64 after-hours.
E-Home Household Service said that shareholders had approved a 1-for-5 stock consolidation at an extraordinary general meeting. The Chinese household services company said shares would begin trading on a post-consolidation basis Feb. 14. Shares fall 9.7% to 47 cents after-hours.
