NFI Group is promoting Brian Dewsnup to succeed Pipasu Soni, the bus and coach manufacturer’s chief financial officer since 2020.
Dewsnup will take on the role of executive vice president and finance chief from March 1, the Toronto-listed company said Thursday.
Soni, who is returning to U.S. to pursue other opportunities, will support the transition through the second quarter of the year.
NFI–which operates under brands including New Flyer, MCI and Alexander Dennis–said Dewsnup joined the company with the 2013 acquisition of North American Bus Industries, where Dewsnup was servicing ad CFO. Since then, he has held several positions with NFI, including executive vice president of business development and then president of the parts division.
