Galp Energia said late Thursday that its shareholders have approved a proposed 2022 dividend payment of 0.52 European cents (57 U.S. cents) a share.
The Portuguese energy company said the dividend was approved during the company’s general meeting held on May 3.
In September, an interim dividend of EUR0.26 was paid, Galp said, adding that the remainder will be payable from May 23.
